Because we handle our own excavation and grading, your paver project starts on a properly prepared base. Most paver failures trace back to poor base work — settling, shifting, and drainage problems caused by contractors who skip proper excavation and compaction. With Terra Core, the crew that digs the base is the same crew that lays the pavers.

Our installation process follows industry best practices: excavation to proper depth, geotextile fabric where needed, compacted aggregate base, leveling sand, precise paver placement, polymeric sand joints, and clean edge restraints. Every step is performed by our own trained crew — no subcontractors.
